Scholarship Opportunities
Participants on Israel Summer Programs often pursue scholarships and financial aid to help finance the program cost. In many cases, participants receive aid from multiple scholarship sources. In the sections below, you will find information on scholarships through Young Judaea and sources in your community.

National Scholarship Opportunities
Need Help Getting to Israel? Through Jewish National Fund’s Plant Your Way to Israel program you can raise money towards your Young Judaea Israel Trip. The concept is simple: ask your friends and family members to plant trees in Israel through tax deductible donations. Half of the money donated will support JNF Forestry projects in Israel, and the other half will be held in an account on your behalf. You can conveniently manage your account online through your personal fundraising web page. Once 10 trees have been planted in your account, you are eligible to redeem the funds. Once notified, JNF will send the funds directly to Young Judaea to supplement the cost of your trip. Register today at www.jnf.org/pyw Questions? Contact Michelle Beller from JNF at education@jnf.org or at 703-888-2235.
Plant Your Way allows students to raise money for their trips to Israel, and help Israel at the same time. The program is simple! Once registered for PYW, students ask their family and friends to make donations in support of JNF’s forestry projects in Israel. Half of all the funds raised will go towards JNF projects, and the other half is held in an account for the student to be used for their trip. More information about Plant Your Way
